When I chose this book, I was really excited to get to read something by Nicole Johnson. I had just recently learned of her from Women of Faith. What a surprise this book has turned out to be. Nicole has stepped on my toes and opened my eyes to so many things. I really liked the way she presented of the awakening we can and should enjoy. 

I have to admit that her journaling idea really stepped on my toes, big time. I have journal at different times of my live, but Nicole opened my eyes that I need to start back to journal. Her fresh brewed outlook on life was very meaningful. We need to be reminded that we need to wake up and the wonderful life that God has for us to the fullest. 

This is a must read for so many of us. Nicole touches on so much of our lives today (physical, emotional, spiritual and mental). A discussion section is included at the end of the book. I gave this book a 5 out of 5 star rating. A review of this book has been posted on www.amazon.com.
